Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Katdare's Pav Bhaji Masala Powder
  • 1 large potato, peeled and chopped
  • 1 large carrot, or other choice of chopped vegetables
  • 1 cup green peas, 2 Cups cauliflower
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 bread rolls (pav)
